Modification to Wetland Permit #WP-012-93
The wetland permit modification was needed to allow the planting of 10 trees in the wetland on this property to replace some that died. The trees include 5 red maple and 5 black tupelos. Monitoring the trees' condition will begin when they are planted and the applicant will provide a $5000 bond to pay for their replacement if they die within five years. The wetland permit modification was granted.
