August 18, 3008, work session Discussion of Setbacks The applicant wants to replace an existing deck with one 2 ft wider. This is before the Planning Board because Canterbury Crossing is a clustered subdivision which means that all the set backs are determined by the original site plan. The 2 ft extension in this case brings the deck too close to the lot line and requires site plan amendment. The Planning Board has no problem with this proposal and will pass a resolution to approve it at the September 8th meeting. September 22, 2008 The board approved the removal and replacement of the deck. |
