The application was a referral from the town board. The planning board decided that pending the submission of an actual plan, it could not review or comment on the application. According to the town's code, the application will also have to be reviewed by the police and fire marshals.

Mr. Giordano noted that there are residential properties in the area and he expressed concern about possible noise problems as the restaurant/dance hall would be open until 4am.
