March 24, 2008 work session
The property owner requested a 90 day extension of delays with sewer district and board of health approvals on the county level. The subdivision will be on the April 7, 2008 Planning Board agenda for the granting of the extensions.

April 7, 2008
A request for 1st 90 Day Time Extension was granted.This subdivision was reapproved by Resolution #07-14 dated September 10, 2007 (expiring March 10, 2008)


June 9, 2008
The board unanimously approved a second 90 day extension.

September 22, 2008
The board approved a request for a reapproval of the 3 lot subdivision that had been approved on September 12, 2005 and reapproved on September 11, 2006 and September 10, 2007. The applicant had been waiting for the Hallocks Mill sewer moratorium to be lifted. Given the delay, he has decided to proceed with septic systems and is now before the Health Department for approval.

April 13, 2009
Request for 1st 90 day Time Extension
Delays are due to dealings with the Department of Health regarding the septic system and also in designing the storm water management plan.  The applicant had hoped to hook up to the sewer line which is in Granite Springs Rd., right in front of the property, but lifting the moratorium on Hallocks Mill sewer hookups has not occurred in a timely manner.  The Planning Board approved the extension.

June 8, 2009
Request 2nd 90 Day Time Extension. This applicant is waiting for and/or acting on County Department of Health comments.  The Planning Board granted the requested extension.
 
September 14, 2009
The board reapproved the subdivision as the second 90 day extension of the original approval has lapsed. The project is a 3 lot subdivision that includes 2 new lots and 1 existing lot. The original resolution was dated September 12, 2005 and reapproved by Resolutions 06-14 dated September 11, 2006, 07-14 dated September 10, 2007, and 08-15 dated September 22, 2008. The project has been delayed pending the resolution of a sewer issue.
