August 18, 2008, work session Pre-Preliminary Application This is a 5 lot subdivision at the end of Dorchester Dr. which is off of Maxwell. There will be 4 new houses off a cul-de-sac with the existing house on Dorchester Dr. The current zoning is 1/2 ac, but the site is planned so that the lots would conform to 1 ac. zoning requirements should the area be upzoned as called for in the town's master plan. The site contains a large portion of a NYS wetlands, and some of the houses will back onto it. The applicant was given the okay to move forward in the planning process. |
