The 1st 90 Day Time Extension would have expired on 8/13/08 and the 2nd 90
Day
Time Extension would have expired on 11/11/08. A Re-Approval is required as
of 11/11/08.
The requested extension and re-approval was granted. The applicant is
waiting for the County Board of Legislatures to approve admission into the
Peekskill Sewer District.
