Request for reapproval: It took a year for the petition to get into the sewer district, and now the DEP approval of the drainage plan is necessary. The reapproval was granted.

Delays are caused by waiting for Department of Health approvals. The Planning Board approved the extension.

Request for 2nd 90 Day Time Extension. This applicant is waiting for and/or acting on County Department of Health comments. The Planning Board granted the requested extension.

The existing approval is scheduled to expire in October. The applicant requested a 90 day extension in the event he can't comply with all the requirements by that time. He already has Board of Health approval.
The 2-lot subdivision was reapproved by Resolution 06-13 dated September 11, 2006 and by Resolution 07-20 dated October 15, 2007.
