The board unanimously granted a 90 day extension on the approval of a proposed 2-lot subdivision on 5.8 acres in a R1-40 zone as the property owner is still waiting for Department of Health approval of the plan which typically takes at least 180 days.

July 14, 2008
Request for 2nd 90 Day Time Extension. Request granted.

October 6, 2008
Request for reapproval: The reapproval, requested because Board of Health approval for the septic expansion area for the existing house is pending, was granted.

March 9, 2009
The board granted the first 90 day extension on the 2 lot subdivision approved on September 10, 2007. The applicant is awaiting Health Department approval.

June 8, 2009
Request for 2nd 90 Day Time Extension. This applicant is waiting for and/or acting on County Department of Health comments.  The Planning Board granted the requested extension.

The board voted to reapproved the subdivision as the second 90 day extension expired on September 3, 2009. The application has Board of Health approval and is completing the final conditions of the approving resolution.
