Description: This 2-lot subdivision was approved by Planning Board Resolution 07-11 dated July 16, 2007. Proposed lot line adjustment to relocate the existing 4-acre building lot further to the west on White Hill Road.

This extension was necessitated by delays at the county level in getting into the sewer district. It was granted.
